Maria provided really good help. She offered advice about local attractions and restaurants. She assisted with taxis and secured an upgrade. The staff's attention enhanced the stay. The location is fantastic as it is near the main streets and the shopping area. The rooms are super clean, and the hotel looks new. I appreciated the high quality shampoo and conditioner provided.

The street outside can be a little noisy at times. Earplugs are available upon request.

the location was good. it was close to things i needed. the staff seemed mostly helpful. the room included blackout drapes and it was good for sleeping.

my room faced a busy street. it was noisy at night. street sounds was high. i also could hear plumbing noises from other rooms. it was not so peaceful.
